Protection of personal data

This document contains information regarding the protection of personal data provided by customers and prospective customers of our services. The purpose of the document is to provide clear information on how this personal data will be handled.

We process personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What personal data do we process and how do we obtain it?

We process data provided by customers and those interested in our services by filling in a form on the website, by e-mail, by phone or in person.

a. Common personal data we process:

Name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number

b. Special categories of personal data (“sensitive” personal data):

ID card or travel document number.

3. For what purposes do we process personal data, for how long and what entitles us to do so?

a. Conclusion and performance of contract:

To process orders and reservations. The legal basis is the performance of contractual obligations.

b. Fulfilling the obligations imposed by law and decrees:

Accounting and tax obligations, records of accommodated guests. The processing time is determined by the relevant legislation.

c. Legitimate interests:

Protecting and proving our rights and legal claims, direct marketing.

4. Disclosure of personal data to other persons

The personal data collected will not be disclosed to any third party, except to the competent administrative authorities where we are required to do so by law.
